AI Insights

Fishbowl AI Insights is Powered by ConverSight. The initial release in Q4 of 2024 will allow AI Insights to be added from the Plugin module in Fishbowl Advanced and gain powerful insights into your Fishbowl data.

Tiers

AI Insights is available in 3 tiers. Tier 0 is included for free with all versions of Fishbowl Advanced.

Getting Started

AI Insights is being developed in phases. Initially, you will install the Plugin module which will sync the data needed to access AI Insights from a web app. In the future, the full experience will be automatically installed and viewable directly in Fishbowl Advanced.

1. Contact your Fishbowl Account Manager to obtain your free Organization ID (OrgID).
2. In Fishbowl Advanced, open the Plugin module, located in the Integrations group.
3. Select the AI Insights plugin and click Install.
4. Completely close all Fishbowl Clients.
5. Exit the Fishbowl Server by right-clicking the Fishbowl Server tray icon and selecting Exit.
6. Initially, only the admin user will have access to the AI Insights module. To grant access to additional users, assign the AI Insights-View access right to the appropriate groups in the User Group module.
7. Log into the Fishbowl Client, open the Reporting group, and then click the AI Insights module.
8. Enter the OrgID you obtained from your Account Manager in step 1 and then click the Save button. By default, the data will be updated once a day.
9. Clicking the link in the AI Insights module will open the web app, where you can explore the various tabs and dashboards.
   
10. Click the circle icon near the bottom-right corner of the screen to ask Athena a question and start gaining conversational insights into your data.

12. When you're ready to upgrade to a higher tier, just reach out to your Account Manager.
