Report Gross Sales By Product

←Back to list of reports This report generates the gross sales for the date range specified, ordered from greatest to least. An empty date range will report on gross sales to date. The last page of this report is a pie graph of the sales data. This report only displays inventory, non-inventory, and service type products. Sales tax is not included. The Modify Report button allows the following report filters to be customized:

OPTIONAL TAB

• Report Title - The value in the field will replace the title of the report. To return to the original title, delete the contents of this field.
• Parts To Show - Enter the number of parts to show on the report.
• Date Range - Choose a date range to run the report for. The date range looks at the DateLastFulfillment on the SOITEM table in the database, meaning, if a line item with a quantity greater than 1 is partially shipped, the most recent fulfilled date (when a partial quantity was shipped) is what will be used for all quantity fulfilled so far. Backdated shipments will show up correctly. Partial shipments of a specific product will show up on the latest fulfilled/shipped date for that item.
• Include Returns - Check this box to include credit return values.
• Format Report for Exporting - Removes the page breaks and displays the report on one long page for exporting to CSV, Excel, and other formats.
• Show Data - Check this box to show a product summary at the top of the report.
• Show Dollar Graphs - Check this box to show graphs/charts based on dollars sold.
• Show Quantity Graphs - Check this box to show graphs/charts based on quantity sold.
• Show Quantity Sold - Check this box to show the qty column in the product summary.
• Show Timestamp - Check this box to show a timestamp in the footer.
• Show Totals - Check this box to show totals at the bottom of the product summary.

PRINTER TAB - Allows a default printer to be specified for the report in each location group.
