Report-Part Barcodes With Tracking One Off.png

Part Barcodes for one off Labels. One label will print for each primary part tracking number (or quantity if no tracking exists) from a specific location.

The Modify Report Button.png Modify Report button allows the following report filters to be customized:

REQUIRED TAB
  • Location - Enter the location for the inventory included in the report.
OPTIONAL TAB
  • Part Number - Choose a specific part number to run the report for. Leave this field blank to run for all part numbers.
  • Count - Enter the number of labels to print out at one time.
  • Quantity Per Part Tracking Override - By default, parts without tracking will print a label for each and every part in the location. For example, if there are 10 B201s in the location, 10 B201 labels would be printed. To limit the number of labels per part, enter a value in this field or enter 0 for the default behavior.
  • Skip - Enter the number of parts to skip. This is most commonly used to print out the report in batches if the report is very large.
  • Format Report for Exporting - Removes the page breaks and displays the report on one long page for exporting to CSV, Excel, and other formats.
PRINTER TAB - Allows a default printer to be specified for the report in each location group.
