When using Fishbowl Hosted Services or running Fishbowl in a hosted environment, the export to QuickBooks desktop may fail if the Fishbowl Server is running on a different Windows account than was used during the integration. In this case, it may be helpful to always run the Fishbowl Server with the same Windows user, and share those credentials with multiple employees if needed.
