Report Bill Of Lading

This report prints out a Bill of Lading Form to be filled out when needed for shipping.
The 
Modify Report button allows the following report filters to be customized:
- REQUIRED TAB
- Shipping Number - Enter the order number to run the report for.
- OPTIONAL TAB
- 3rd Party Address - Address for the third party freight charges
- 3rd Party Address Line2 - Additional address line for the third party freight charges
- 3rd Party Address State Zip - Enter the state and zip code for third party freight charges
- 3rd Party Country - Enter the country for third party freight charges
- 3rd Party Name - Enter the name for third party freight charges
- Class - Enter a class to display on the report
- NMFC # - Enter the NMFC # to display on the report
- Pro Number - Enter a pro number to display on the report
- Report Title - This allows the title of the report to be customized.
- Serial Number(s) - Enter any serial numbers to display on the report
- Trailer Number - Enter the trailer number to display on the report
- Hazardous Materials - If this checkbox is selected, an X will be displayed in the H.M. column
- Format Report for Exporting - Removes the page breaks and displays the report on one long page for exporting to CSV, Excel, and other formats.
- Show BOL Barcode - Choose to show/hide the barcode for the bill of lading number by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
- Show Country - Choose to show/hide the country field by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
- Show Pro Num Barcode - Choose to show/hide the barcode for pro number by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
- Show Total Qty - Choose to show/hide the quantity field by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
- Show Total Weight - Choose to show/hide the weight field by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
- Show Barcode - Choose to show/hide the barcode on the report by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
- Show Country - Choose to show/hide the country on the Ship To addresses by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
- PRINTER TAB - Allows a default printer to be specified for the report in each location group.
