Report Consumption Report

This report displays inventory that has been consumed using the Scrap function.

The Modify Report button allows the following report filters to be customized:

OPTIONAL TAB

• Apply Date Filter - The report can use the actual date when inventory was scrapped, or the date the user entered.
• Group By - The report can be grouped by part, location group, or username.
• Summary Options - By default, a summary is displayed at the end of the report.
• User - Filter the report to only show inventory that was scrapped by the specified user.
• Location Group - Filter the report to only show data for the specified location group.
• Location - Filter the report to only show data for the specified location.
• Customer/Job - Filter the report to only show data for the specified customer or job.
• Part Number - Filter the report to only show the specified part.
• Report Title - This option allows the title listed near the top of the report to be customized.
• Date Range - Choose the date range to use on the report.
• Show Active - Choose to show/hide parts that have an Active status by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
• Show Inactive - Choose to show/hide parts that have an Inactive status by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
• Format Report for Exporting - Removes the page breaks and displays the report on one long page for exporting to CSV, Excel, and other formats.
• Show Time Stamp - Choose to show/hide the time stamp showing when inventory was scrapped by checking/unchecking this checkbox.
• Show Total - Choose to show/hide the total at the end of each group by checking/unchecking this checkbox.

HIDE/SHOW TAB - Choose which columns to show/hide on the report by checking/unchecking the checkbox next to each column name.

PRINTER TAB - Allows a default printer to be specified for the report in each location group.
