Report Dormant Customers

This report displays a list of customers who have not made a purchase within the specified number of days, with the ability to exclude customers who have been dormant for an extended period of time.
The 
Modify Report button allows the following report filters to be customized:
- OPTIONAL TAB
- Dormant period - Customers who haven't ordered in this many days will be included on the report. The report will look back the number of days entered from the current date.
- Last Order Limit (Days) - Customers who haven't ordered in this many days will not be included on the report. This is a way of excluding customers who have been dormant for an extended period of time.
- Last Ordered - Choose the sales order date field used to determine the last order: Created, Issued, Scheduled, or Completed.
- Sort By - Choose which column will be used to sort the report.
- Order - Choose if the report should be sorted in ascending or descending order.
- Filter by Customer Custom Field - Choose a custom field to filter the report. Only customers who match the search entered in the Enter filter data will be included on the report.
- Enter filter data - Enter the value of the custom field or enter a search query. Use % for wildcard searches. If the selected custom field is a checkbox, type true or false.
- Filters - The order can also be filtered by State/Province, Customer Group, Sales Person, Customer, Number of orders, or Total amount spent.
- Report Title - This option allows the title at the top of the report to be customized.
- Show Inactive Customers - Customers that are not marked as Active in the
Customer module can be included or excluded from the report. - Format Report for Exporting - Removes the page breaks and displays the report on one long page for exporting to CSV, Excel, and other formats.
- CUSTOM FIELDS TAB - This report can display a Customer custom fields. Enter a title for the field, and select if it should be displayed on the report.
- HIDE/SHOW TAB - Choose which columns to show/hide on the report by checking/unchecking the checkbox next to each column name.
- PRINTER TAB - Allows a default printer to be specified for the report in each location group.
