Supported Fishbowl versions

Versions of Fishbowl Advanced that are officially supported
All versions of Fishbowl Advanced 2025
All versions of Fishbowl Advanced 2024

^{Fishbowl supports the two most recent major releases of Fishbowl. Typically, all of the versions listed on the Release Notes are supported.}

Supported QuickBooks versions

Previous versions of QuickBooks may still integrate with Fishbowl but are not officially supported. Fishbowl also integrates with Xero and QuickBooks Online.

* Limited support for QuickBooks UK and QuickBooks Global. QuickBooks Enhanced Inventory Receiving, Advanced Pricing, and Advanced Inventory features are not supported.

** Reckon requires the 32-bit connector, as outlined in the integration instructions.

Fishbowl Server - 2.3 GHz CPU and 12 GB RAM
Fishbowl Client - 2.3 GHz CPU and 8 GB RAM

Medium Database
Orders per day - 100-1,000
Fishbowl Server - 3.4 GHz CPU and 16 GB RAM
Fishbowl Client - 3 GHz CPU and 8 GB RAM

Large Database
Orders per day - 1,000+
Fishbowl Server - 4 GHz CPU and 32 GB RAM
Fishbowl Client - 3.4 GHz CPU and 16 GB RAM

Additional requirements and recommendations
Internet speed - At least 100 Mbps upload and download (1,000 is recommended)
Screen resolution - 1920 x 1080 pixels
MySQL database - Fishbowl supports MySQL 5.7 and MySQL 8.
